A little background about us – Kawaii Therapy started as a family owned business specializing in kawaii things (actually as a husband and wife team). Since our inception in 2018, we’ve served over 10,000+ customers from around the globe and take pride in creating, sourcing and designing the cutest kawaii goods and merchandise.

Our brand now has a dedicated following on Instagram with many returning customers over the years.

Plus, we now ship to the US, Canada, UK and Southeast Asia with global warehouses in these countries!

Here are some things you should know about us

1. We’re obsessed with customer service

Part of the Kawaii shopping experience is the customer service experience (which often makes a huge difference for our customers!). At Kawaii Therapy, we take customer satisfaction very seriously.

We ship worldwide with expedited delivery couriers. All customers are protected by our 45 delivery guarantee, which means that if you don’t receive your purchase within this time, we will provide a full refund for your order. Our customer service is also available on live chat, so you can resolve any issues with your order quickly!

Our core mission is to spread happiness around the globe with cute and adorable gifts, and our very friendly customer service team is here to ensure that you get the best kawaii shopping experience.

2. We’ve drastically improved our shipping times

Let’s be honest – nobody likes long shipping times, and so do we!

Since the start of 2020, we’ve partnered with different logistics companies including DHL, FedEx, USPS, Canada Post and Royal Mail to provide faster tracked shipping across all our orders. This has drastically brought down the shipping times to around 10-14 days for most orders.

How does our shipping work? The basic idea is that we send customer orders in bulk to the destination country (e.g., US) using DHL, and then ship them to the nearest USPS facility where they are sent for delivery.

As a result, all customer orders will have both an international tracking number and domestic tracking number (e.g., last mile delivery tracking with USPS). This ensures that you can track and monitor your order every step of the way, while having faster shipping times!

3. We work with many talented designers around the globe

A little known fact about us is that we collaborate with A LOT with many talented designers who love to draw kawaii things. Our latest collaboration with a talented artist (Verciata) for our Kawaii Therapy Membership Cards is one of them (go check out her artwork as well!).

Some of the plushies that you see on our site were created by our talented artists before we manufacture them. There’s lots of love going into every single product that you see on our site.

4. We have a discount card program

Everyone loves a good bargain, and so do we!

To reward our loyal returning customers (and we do have many returning customers), we’ve launched our Kawaii Therapy membership card program.

Each membership card is free with any in-store purchase (just add it to your cart with your order and you’ll receive it together with your items), and comes with a discount code at the back for future purchases!

By the way, the membership card features a super kawaii design of our (hugely popular) bunny dolls plushies and is designed by Verciata, an incredibly talented artist with an eye for kawaii drawings.
